What the New Jersey Holistic Health & Fitness Networking Group is all about is instructing and showing individuals who want to take their own health into their own hands.  We are interested in meeting with like minded individuals who earnestly desire to live more holistically and what they can do to attain that. We just started, please let us know what you want to learn about. This group was formed to meet, learn, share, and exchange ideas and remedies for alternative / natural / holistic health and healing. The goal is to meet at least monthly, more as needed to learn and discuss various modalities and to exchange natural remedies and lifestyle changes. Practitioner members are encouraged to "run" a meeting for their "modality" to help others learn.  Sharing is encouraged.
